What makes Light of Soul Apothecary candles different?
Each of our candles is handmade with care, intention, and love 💛. We focus on creating natural, soothing aromas designed to calm anxiety, relieve stress, and bring peace to your space. Our scents are made with the safest fragrance ingredients, and while they are not essential oils (which can behave unpredictably when burned), they are crafted for a stable, pleasant, and gentle aroma experience.

What ingredients do you use?
Our candles are 100% soy wax and include carefully blended natural fragrance oils. We avoid harmful chemicals, parabens, and phthalates to ensure a clean, safe, and calming experience.

How should I care for my candles?

  • Always trim the wick to about ÂĽ inch before lighting.

  • Allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling.

  • Keep your candle away from drafts, children, and pets.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

How fragrant are your candles?
Our candles are designed to create a calming and cozy atmosphere without overwhelming your senses. Their scent is subtle yet noticeable, perfect for relaxation and mindful moments.

How do I make a purchase?

  • Add your items to the cart and click Checkout.

  • Enter your complete shipping address.

  • Choose your payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal) and complete your purchase by clicking Pay Now.

What is the difference between billing and shipping address?
Your billing address is linked to your payment method, while your shipping address is where your order will be delivered. Make sure both are accurate to avoid delays.

Can I change the quantity or remove an item at checkout?
Yes! At checkout, click Return to Cart, make your changes, then click Update Cart and continue to checkout.


Shipping & Order Fulfillment

Where do you ship?
We ship within the U.S. mainland only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international addresses at this time.

How long does it take to get my order?

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be fulfilled the next business day.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, hotels, or third-party addresses?
Yes, just ensure the address is complete and clear, including hotel name or shipping company name if applicable. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays.

I made an error in my shipping address, what should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible at candle@lightsoulapothecary.com. Once a package is picked up by the carrier, we may not be able to make changes.

How do I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

What happens if my tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive my order?

  • Check with neighbors, your porch, garage, or apartment management office.

  • If the package hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of the tracking “Delivered” message, contact your local post office with your tracking number.

How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on USPS rates and include a small handling fee to cover packaging and care.

How are products packaged?
All candles are carefully boxed to prevent damage during shipping.
