At Light of Soul Apothecary, every candle is handmade with care, intention, and a little bit of magic ✨.

Because we are a small, artisanal business, we do not offer refunds. But your satisfaction is very important to us!

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at candle@lightsoulapothecary.com. We will take the delivery date recorded by the shipping company as the official date of receipt. Claims made after this 7-day period cannot be accepted or guaranteed.

Please note:

• We do not make exchanges or changes of candles. Only replacement of candles that arrive damaged is possible.

• To request a replacement, please send your order number and photos showing the damage. We will happily send you a replacement candle as quickly as possible.
